back to a Nomad.....again!
Hey guys and gals. I'm picking up a nice 06 nad this weekend w/18k miles. Everything is stock, which begs for upgrades. I'm looking to do the Cobra duals, BAK of some sort, and a fuel manager. It's been quite awhile since I was back on a vulcan of any kind, so I'm really out of the loop of what's the latest and greatest for basic performance upgrades to the nomad. Any help with suggestions and of course websites to acquire said products will be greatly appreciated!

Before hooking up a EFI Controller, take off your reed valves, and install coasters. Remove and plug your air valves mounted in your old intake. I'd then mount and hookup your controller. Since this bike has a uncertain past, I'd change all your fluids and filters. I'd then install some iridium plugs.... Then your Nomad is ready for the next 150K trouble free miles.....
