3 months after shoulder surgery

Well, it's now 3 months after I had my Bankhart repair on my shoulder. Not that I think it matters to anyone in particular, but for my own sanity, I'm gonna keep posting.

I am lifting a whopping 4 pounds with my left arm. As stupid as it was, I attempted to ride today. I broke out the wife's C50 and managed to get it around the block. It was nice to be on the bike, but that 3/4 of a mile trip in the subdivision @ 20mph was enough to tell me that I'm no where near ready. I thought about trying the Nomad, but honestly, when I did, I didn't have the strength in my left arm to get it off the sidestand.

They tell me that the repair is about 95% healed and now they can get "aggressive" with the PT. We'll see. Unfortunately, I think there might be a chance this will have been one of my only rides this summer. Here's to hoping I'm wrong.

Ride safe
