Adding Lights Today

Hello,
Today I will be having fun wiring a set of driving lights.
Nothing fancy but VISIBLE.
As far as playing with the electrical part of it I am fine, but I want the end result to look good.
I will be adding a relay and possibly a secondary "fuse box" to the bike as well.
I want to be able to turn them on and off when desired but in the same breath I want them to turn off when I turn the bike off.
In looking at the wiring diagram here: http://www.gadgetjq.com/fuse_block_switched_2.jpg
it mentions "12v switched from wiring harness" on leg #86.
My 1st question to all of you is "whats the best wire to tap into" for this portion of the circuit?
My 2nd question is really a matter of opinion or preference but as mentioned "end result" I want the manual switch to look nice but in the same breath not too overly expensive...I'm a biker on a Budget...hehe
So what "switch" options are out there?

Also on the forum I remember seeing what "other" options I have for replacement brake/running light and turn signal bulbs. What I am wanting to do is change them all to LED for better visibility. Options?

Thoughts? Comments? Advise?
Thanks a Bunch
