I went to the doctor today, it has been 2 months since my last visit. I had blood drawn for labs last week. Here is the outcome... Blood - good Kidneys - good Liver - good Cholesterol - good (triglycerides a tad high) Weight - lost 32 pounds A1C - 5.9 Fasting blood glucose - excellent EKG - good She cut down my diabetes medication from 2 to 1.5 pills a day and said come back in 3 months.
