Bad buzz/vibration in turns/leans

one edge of the tread will be higher in one direction with cupping. run your hand in both directions. if in one direction your hand moves smoothly with little resistance and the other direction is quite different catching on sharper and higher raised edges I would say it is cupping. To what degree is up to you to determine and to determine whether to continue use.
As to cause.... what is your tire pressure?
