Is Bridal Veil falls on moonshiner 28 open?

I’ve seen some pictures where it’s onlyopen to foot traffic. We are planning a late May trip this year and was wondering if you could still drive under the falls with a motorcycle. I’d like to check it off the bucket list if possible.
