rear shock pressure?

Just wondering what everyone else is running, pressure wise in the rear shocks. I'm about 230 lbs. and running the dampening on setting 4, but have not messed with the air pressure yet. Just wanted to see what anyone was running the rear psi at on the shocks about my weight. Also are you all running the manual spec'd tire pressure for maximum tread wear? Thanks guys!
