Well thank goodness that's over with, especially since I originally voted for number 5. For those who questioned checking with Kawasaki's legal group, remember, it's taken a long time and a lot of work on Trip's part to get our name in good with Kawasaki. Since it took so long, it stands to reason that Trip would want to do everything possible to make sure we don't step on any legal toes. I'm glad he did what he did so we're good with Ma Kaw.

Do we need to be good with Ma Kaw ? We do them a service by buying their products dont we ? You would think they would be more helpful when we need something from them, like clarification on a legal issue ?
Is that too much to ask ? Maybe Ma Kaw does more for us than I am aware of ? |

I think Kawasaki benefits more from the relationship, if it's measured. This doesn't mean I'd advocate being disrespectful, but I think they could be more expedient. BMW isn't any better. The BMWMOA went through a big deal with BMW over their logo and other materials that took a long to to sort out and that org is much bigger than VBA. Still, it amazes me as the orgs do a lot of good to promote the brands. I think that gets lost in the equation at times.

Since I already have "Kawasaki Vulcan Nation" patches from last years Vulcan Nation tour that works for me.
Vulcan Bagger Nation sounds pretty good as well. When I look at Bagger Magazines I definitely see bikes that I have never seen on this website so I don't know if #5 really fits this group of riders.

Hey, I'm good with knowing what we are putting on the T-shirts.
Getting a prize is nice too.
