Every seat fits different. It's always best to find someone that has the seat you are considering and to test it out. For me, the Corbin seat was horrible, worst than stock. I know others who love them.

I had a Mustang on my 650 Silverado and didn't think it was much better than stock. In all fairnes, I only put 200 miles on it before I got rid of it. They say you need to ride awhile to break it in.
There are guys on here that swear by Mustang though.

The mustang is just another off the shelf seat that fits some and not others.
You really need to have a seat made just for you if you want the best fit I've talked to riders that thought they loved their mustang till they had a russell made and they said it was the best money they have spent on their bike.

Had the stock seat worked on. The shop cut out some of the stock foam and replaced it with memory foam. Since the original stock foam wasn't cut out where it meets the vinyl, it still kept the shape of the original seat.
It seems to be what I needed to make those long days more of a pleasure. I think it cost me $125 to do both front and rear. |

We had our seat reworked by Mean City Cycles. We had the passenger seat widened and gel and memory foam added to both driver and passenger. It helped a lot, we have had a couple of 400 mile days on the bike and were just fine.

I'm with Utah on this one. I have put in 800 and 1000 mile days on my Mustang seat with no problem. Short rides to the other side of the state, 250 miles, leaves me ready for an evening ride of 100 miles to go to dinner. No buts about it.
