Cobra billet tip slip ons 1700 Nomad
I just got back from a 100 mile cruise with the new slip ons. I wanted to improve the sound and performance without being to loud for long trips. Haven't received my Thunder air kit yet, but I can say that I really like these slip ons. If your looking for ground shaking pipes these aren't for you. If you want a sound that's a little louder, much deeper and a pretty good pop when you get on the gas then these slip ons will make you happy. They a just a little bit louder when cruising at highway speed. If you put these on wait until you've gone on a decent ride before you judge them. When I fist put them on and took a spin around the block I was not happy. But after today I couldn't be happier. Hope air kit will be here very soon.

Glad the slip ons worked for you. Does your bike still have the stock air filter?

Jesus Freak, if you get a chance, could you snap a couple of photos of the slip ons on your 1700. I am thinking about putting some on my 1700 but all the pictures seem to be from other bike manufacturers.
