Rear valve stem

Can I loosen the 2 nuts on valve stem and rotate 180? Do I need to let air out first or will it even lose air?

Yes; loosen it a bit and turn the valve, no need to deflate.

I just did mine last week and air loss was minimal . But I would have a compressor handy though .
Definitely makes checking the tire pressure a lot easier !!

Cheers
