Cheapest OEM Parts

I searched everywhere and the best place I could find a new speedometer for my Nomad is www.cheapcycleparts.com
It was $230.57. That was $7 cheaper than the next low price. There's a big jump in OEM parts. The same meter was up to over $300 at some places. They said it should take 3-5 days to get it once they order it. I couldn't find anyone that had it in stock. There was one was on Ebay but the guy had such bad feedback I didn't waste my time with him. ::)

Sorry that one hit you so hard in the pocket. It doesn't make sense - if you tried to build a Nomad out of parts, it would cost you $30,000.

Those prices hurt but I don't feel right riding without it working. I tried several used cycle parts dealers online but you can't get them to respond back. If you call them they want to call you back and won't. I finally heard from a one guy in Georgia but he wanted $175 for a used one and wouldn't guarantee it would work. I decided to go with a new one. I had mine apart and see how it works but can't find replacement parts.
