I've got a set of Roadhouse Dooleys---here are links to past posts I've been involve in.
http://kawanow.proboards77.com/index...ay&thread=8025 http://kawanow.proboards77.com/index...ay&thread=7485 http://kawanow.proboards77.com/index...ay&thread=7305 If these posts don't give you enough info--let me know what you need. I couldn't bring my self to go with the V&H because of all the head pipe crack complaints and V&H not standing behind their product. Also, every HD that has V&H is too loud for me. |

By the way, if you do get the Dooleys, they offer a baffleing kit to make them quieter and they're not all that expensive. I've seen them on ebay for $50.

trjam, can you post a pic of the quiet baffles when you get them please? Mine doesn't seem to have a lot of material on them to do a good job, and was wondering what the difference in build was. They just have half the length with holes and a thin layer of fibreglass covering.
Thanks, Trev |

All this talk about pipes. All the videos and cools sounds... I got the itch.
I ordered my V&H's today. It's going to make my better half happy, she rides a Harley and would love for my bike to sound louder.

Geeze, another Nomad owner who's wife rides a Harley, and I thought I'd be the only one.
