Little Local Ride

Taken with the BRONZE camera....

For those of you who missed being able to ride due to rain or work, a few of my buds and I , well....WE GOT SUN-BURNT!!

MDGeorge delivered on his route....was very picture pefect, even saw the wedding cake houses he promised....

man if we wudda had a shovel and a fry-daddy we'dda been eatin good today for free...LOL!

I envy those who got to ride today. Glad y'all could get out and had a good day. I spent my day splitting wood in order to empty my trailer. I ended up with about 3/4 cord of oak & pecan that had been sitting since hurricane Ike.

I am going for a ride tomorrow for about an hour and a half. ON THE LAWN MOWER! Provided the 2.7 inches of rain we had yesterday afternoon has drained out of my swamp of a yard.

I did the same today. Got up at 11 and started cutting. Cleaned up the mower @ 2:15 pm and it started pouring right after. In the last 3 days we've gotten over 3.5 inches. Enough is enough!
