Boy, I wouldn't pay much for those! It looks like a real butcher job! He may have even cut into the outer 2" diameter pipe from the looks of it. Not Good!

(Of course, he's not asking very much! $100 for everything.)

The way it looks to me he tried to pull it out with vice grips. It just looks like he needs to take a slide hammer to it and snatch the muffler on out.
