AZ bike week doesn't officially start until Wednesday, but events started last night. We already have had one fatality: a female rider was killed when a pickup truck turned left in front of her.
I was out with my son and his fiance today looking at wedding venues and saw more bikes than usual. We usually have 4 or 5 fatal bike wrecks during bike week.

Most of these tragedies could easily be avoided if people would just pay attention to their driving. Quit talking on their cell phone and definitely no texting. It is so sad to think that motorcyclists are being killed because of careless drivers.

I'm working in Vegas right now and I drove by that going the other way on 95. What a mess. Had to re-route to get back to the job due to the closure. Really too bad, I always hate to see when senseless stuff like that happens.
