Rails for Hard Bags
A friend just but a 2010 Voyageur and he had on rails to protect the side bags, similar to ones you see on Nomads prior to 2009. They look great and protect the top from boot scuffs so I ordered a set from the dealer for my Nomad. You can now also order side rails, but one step at a time to spread out expenses. Apparently they are a stock item and should arrive in a few days.

be carefull with those top ones. People have reported lids cracking after install and a few miles have gone by.

Rails for Hard Bags
Thanks for the tip. Where have you heard this? I have not seen any others on the newer models so this is news to me. I will check with the dealer as he is installing them too.
