Hi Dave - watch your speed. I saw on FOX news today that VA is now fining speeders $3000 (that is right three thousand) per incident. WOW!!!!!

Welcome Dave. I also heard about the fines in VA. A friend of mine who lives in VA says that the high fines are VA residents only. I don't understand how they can do this, but according to my friend this is the way it is. I'll have to read up a little more on this - sometimes I tend to climb just a tad bit over the speed and I can't even think about paying a 1000 - 3000 for a ticket. Think of all the mods I could get for this amount. I might have to get off the back and walk it through VA just to be on the safe side.

Sounds like discrimination to me. Speed through DIP and when you get stopped, tell them you want the same treatment as a resident. :-)
