2009+ Rear shock problem?

Anyone with a 2009+ model Nomad notice any oil leaking from their rear shock? I went to put mine away for the winter and noticed an oil spot under the right rear shock. Reached up and felt, sure enough...oil around the lower casing! Now before you all ask..

I'm 200lbs
I don't ride with a passenger
I keep the air pressure right around 20 - 25lbs in the shocks
I use a hand pump made specifically for air shocks
I don't carry anything heavy in my bags.

Hoping mawkaw doesn't give me too much of a hassle when I try to claim this under warranty.

Heath, Kaw should replace both of the shocks. It says so in their service manual under Suspension/Shocks. I pointed it out to the dealer when one of my shocks failed on my '07. Sure enough, Kaw replaced both under the extended warranty. Hold em to it.

Get it in to the shop now before more time elapses, don't give them any reason to make excuses. Plus you don't want the bike tied up in the shop in the spring when they are busy.
