Mephis Shades and Hog Tunes

I have a Memphis Shades fairing on my 2002 Nomad put on by the previous owner. The fairing is mounted with some of the original windshield hardware. I would like to buy the correct mounting hardware and a HogTunes sound system and I am wondering about proper clearance at the bars with this combination. Anyone with this setup who can offer any info would be greatly appreciated.
