Thanks for the tip!
I'm starting to wonder a little about Quality Control at the Kawasaki assembly plant. |

Mine were awful damn loose too; not ready to fall out, but nowhere near snug. Kinda makes you wonder. . . .

I have gone through my Vaquero on multiple occasions checking for loose nuts/bolts/screws and any other problems and so far I've found none, I just went out and checked the screws on the bag hinges and they're nice and tight... go figure...

Thanks for the heads up. Just checked mine and half of them were a little loose. Not much so i just snugged them up.
FWIW....This is a minor inconvienence that happens to all machines. My buddy with a 2009Ultra Classic can't ride with me today b/c his transmission just went south for the second time in 2 years. Thats the pain in the ____ time. |

My 1700 Nomad allen screw that holds the saddlebag lock/handle on was half way out. Noticed it the other day. Sounds like an on going problem.

Mine were good, but I found this in one of my bags. It's a tiny little set screw no bigger than a gnat... Couldn't find a place for it, and can't think of anything I've had in there that it would have rattled out of
