Crazy wind in Vermont today

Wow 200 miles into trip up through VT and winds are brutal. Filled up and hit highway and only got 140 something miles before that stupid fuel light started flashing. Cruise is working great and really keeps you within a few mph.
In St. Johnsbury now....

I caught 91 in Northampton and rode up to st johnsbury. Usually ride up rt 7, 9, & 100 out to the ski areas but wanted some highway miles prior to riding out to Colorado.

How far up are you in VT?

I live in Berlin, just outside of Montpelier. If I would have known you were coming I would have tried to meet up with you. And you were really close to North Haverill, N.H., where they had the Rolling Vietnam War Memorial (The Wall) available for public viewing. Rt.100 is a nice road a bit bumpy. Try connecting to Rt.12 sometime one of my favorite roads. If you are on 100 try going west over Rt.73 and north on Rt.7 to Rt. 17 East (be careful this road has very sharp switchbacks) which will bring you back onto Rt.100 in Waitsfield. Ride safe, Stay healthy.
