I'm putting some 1157 switchback led bulbs like these ones behind them. More bright white light forward most of the time, turning amber when I indicate.

turn signal lens
What I did to my Voyager was take off the front and rear directional lights and wire on some I found from an 08 Nomad. I then put on the Kuryakyn bevels with the run turn flashing brake indicator. Now I have red lenses in the rear that work like those that I had on my 08 Nomad.
It is pretty simple and the 08 Nomad lights fit just fine.
