Any increased costs to a manufacturer are passed on to the consumer. There must be higher costs associated with doing business in Canada.

I've seen the combo for as little as $850. Even at full price, that's less than $1100CDN. It doesn't matter to me. I wasn't buying one. Too much money and it doesn't fit my head.
