Silent Sam Is Missing - Help Us Out

Mike, We need some help in looking Silent Sam up.

He has some medical issues, and we haven't heard from him.
An address and /or phone number would be great.

Wish I could help ya out, but addresses and phone numbers aren't required when joining the forum, so that's not something I would have.
