Reserve position/'99 Nomad
Not being the sharpest knife in the draw, I just can't comprehend from the owners manual the answer. Is it CCW all the way for reserve or CW? I figured out "off" is the middle. Is the short side of the handle the "pointer"?
Oh, never mind. The long side of the handle is the "pointer". The "short" side never can get to the "off" position! Got my answer all ready by making sure I was asking the right question by looking again at the bike before I posted this silly question! You guys are the greatest! Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Hello mate, i see by the bike you
r'e a man of good taste. Simple as it sound's, i had the same problem remembering, the easiest way i found is to check it at top up's,forward & down for go,back for reserve, and i alway's zero the mileometer, then i know i've got about 120m before reserve, and up to 35 on that, you dont want to run out of petrol while overtaking with oncoming traffic.
