That's the one I chose. I chose it because of the rating.

I got 20k miles on my commander 2's. Just put a new set on. The original tires got about 8500 miles out of them

16K out of my first set of them (6K out of my OEM) Second set of CIIs are at 9K and look great! Will probably change them out long before due in about 3K as I have an 8K ride coming up that I would rather not have to even think about changing tires on . . .

As soon as the Bridgestone Exedra Maxes I am running wear out, I do want to try some Michelins on the Vaquero, Commander II's 180/65/16 on the rear. Any of you guys getting more than 10,000 miles on that rear tire should consider that great when you look at the torque we put down on the rear wheel every time we take off hard. I have Pilot II's on my Meanstreak 1500 and ride em hard and so far, they have been awesome.

I have pilot road 3's on my bike. The rears are good for 10-12K, fronts as much as 15K. I bet the commanders last longer. My next tires will be PR4 GTs.

If I could get 15K on a front tire riding an 800+ lb. bike, I would be the happiest man on earth.

My bike is 570, but I weigh a good deal. YMMV.
