Lot's of great info posted to my problem. Thanks to everyone for your input. For now I've cleaned up the fuse block and switched off the aux lights.
I'll either replave the halogen with LED or I'll add the aux panel and relay. Thanks again, you guys are really helpful....well most of you are, some are just jokers!!!
