Motel Reservation Information

Reservations can now be made at our motel for the 2016 Northeast US / Eastern Canada rally. Be sure to follow the directions below in order to receive the discount for our group.

NOTE: Although it says below that any rooms not booked on 15 June 2016 will be open to the public, we have had to secure all rooms in order to keep them available for us. We plan to release them sometime early next year well before 15 June, so it is important to make your reservations as soon as possible, and preferably before the end of January.

1. Go to the motel website: http://www.boisedulac.com
2. Click on the "BOOK ONLINE" button.
3. On the bottom-left corner of the online booking page, click on "Access your space" in the Professional section.
4. A dialog will display for User Name: VBA, and Password: VBA2016
5. Follow the directions on the website to book one of the rooms reserved for us with the special discount for our group.

Please note:
1. 50% discount (one night) is for bookings before 15 May 2016. On this date (15 May 2016), the full amount of payment (with discount) will be charged on individual's credit cards, which is not refundable or changeable.
2. 10% discount (one night) is for bookings before 15 June 2016 but after 15 May 2016. On this date (15 June 2016), the full amount of payment (with discount) will be charged on individual's credit cards, which is not refundable or changeable.
3. After 15 June 2016, all rooms not booked will be open to the public.

**** Please note: This process works fine on a computer and is the preferred method for booking, however if you book on line with an I Phone or I Pad, you may not be able to reach the VBA booking page. If this is the case, we suggest calling in your reservation, making sure you mention you are with the VBA group.******

By my count we have 7 rooms booked already. We will get an attendee list with a running count going shortly.
