I'm not sure if this is a VerticalScope site but it looks like one and if that's the case check this out:

45,000,000 passwords stolen. Is that a lot? Did anyone mention anything about it here? What is the threshold when they tell someone like 45,000,001?

Some other sites you guys visit may be affected as well.
