Still dealing with engine vibration

So, sitting back, I'm trying to figure out what I may have done to possibly cause this issue. Did a Chucksters BAK, fuel controller and put in those E3 plugs. I wouldn't think that doing these things and still having the stock exhaust would cause vibration. Maybe the plugs need to be the NGK's? While sitting at idle the handle bars will start to shake and this extra vibration adds to seat fatigue. Just want to go thru the simple before tearing into the engine to look at stuff like the balancer. Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions! I also did the coaster plates, but I'm not detecting any leaks. Would be nice if it was something as simple as the plugs...

Make sure BAK and fuel controller installed correctly, dial in fuel controller, tighten motor mounts as needed. Did you check the gap on the plugs before install?

As you need to periodically, check your motor mounts, the condition of the rubber. Also bolt tightness.
If still vibrating more than normal, I personally would replace the E3s with reg. plugs and see if the vib goes away.
(By E3s, we're talking about the plugs you see at like lawn places and powersports.... plugs that suppossed to go 3X as far, yada, yada, yada? The one with the forked side electrode????)
Check out your rubber bisquites in the rear drive.
After they wear, They won't vibrate when pulling a load, but just cruising can cause a slight shudder.
If it feels engine related, might be your rubbers in the counterweight assemble starting to deteriorate.

What type of fuel controller did yo install?........... Did it run fine before doing the mods?........ Simple things first, you could switch back to the old plugs just to see. When troubleshooting, do one thing at a time and check the result.

Thx everyone! This gives me a short list of things to check. Get after it once the nicer weather holds.

Make sure the plug leads are fully seated on the plugs.

Just to be perfectly clear, adding a air cleaner/BAK, a tuner, and even a set of V&H Baggers/ cobra duals/ or a set of the Idaho Pucker PowerPipes....unless you're really jacking with the tuning in a severe way.....none of these are gonna effect the engines vibrating, except for the tuner, and that can either smooth it out or make it vibrate more.
Now, usually the base settings are ok....like the Wiseco or the Wild Thing tuner.
IF, I say IF, you plugged in the tuner, and now you have a bad vibration....I would doublecheck all the connections both at the injectors and the tuner....
And by vibration, I mean vibration as in that huge 1500cc motor shaking its ass off....
