Albuquerque info
Need some help from anyone in ABQ. My son got a '01 Classic 1500 a few months back and needs to have new tires installed. Would like to know if anyone can recommend someplace that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for this. I'm in WA state (pray for me) and I have a small tire "place" that only charges $10 per wheel when I remove and bring them in.

Your son should be able to find someone on this map, if not, tell him to put an
add on Craigslist. Good Luck. https://www.google.com/search?newwin...,lf:1,lf_ui:10

Thanks for that info. We've done this type search and contacted several of the "smaller" shops. All are fairly pricey, even if you bring the wheel in. I'm hoping someone in ABQ has a shop they use and can recommend.
Again, thanks. |

I pay 45.00 per wheel for mount and balance when I take it in. If I have them R&R it is too expensive.
Cycle Gear has tire install service

Tire work prices will vary wildly...........when I lived in WA I used the local Honda shop and they charged $30 for mounting and balance when you brought the tire in......I had to use a place in Killeen, TX to change a front tire (they did all the work) and only charged me $75 for that tire. I did not buy the tire from them.

$10 for a set of tire spoons and your son can do it himself. He can use dynabeads to balance them.
