First Ride of the Season

Well it's actually not the first time on the Nomad but the first time I've gotten out for a day ride with temps in the low 70s on Monday. I rode over to my brother-in-law's house in Spanaway and we took a leisurely ride along back country roads to the little town of Eatonville and a great little restaurant for lunch. It was only about a 100 mile ride but the weather was spectacular with "the mountain is out" as we say when our Mt Rainier stands out clearly against the skyline. A phone camera doesn't capture it's magnificence but that it was on Monday.

It appears that we have some very nice riding days ahead of us in western Washington.
