Quick Release Passenger Backrest

Hey all,

I have a 2005 Nomad and LOOOOOVE the look of my bike with no backrest and a solo seat. Removing the passenger seat is easy but unfortunately removing the backrest takes about 30 min or more because you have to take of BOTH saddle bags.

Has anyone come across a quick release option for these bikes or fabricated one to fit? I really want to do this and if anyone has any tips that would be amazing!

Thanks!

“30 mins or more” to remove 9 bolts that are easily accessed?

But regarding the Grasshoppers, I find them a helluva value. A lot of bang for the buck.
