Trying find tires

Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but what’s the difference between radial and bias tires? I’m looking to get new tires for my 08 Nomad 1600. Thank you for any help!

Go to the web and type in differences between radial and bias tires. Explains it well.

What Chuck A. said.

For heavy cruisers, it is prudent to use biased tires unless the bike mfg recommends radials for that specific model. In general, biased tires, especially for the rear, handle the lateral stresses from the weight of a heavy cruiser better than radials.
