2020 Vulcan Vaquero Engine Stalling

I have a 2020 Vulcan Vaquero with less than 5,000 miles on it. I have noticed as a more common issue that the bike just stalls. It stalls at idle, while riding and just normal operation. My bike is modified now and still experiencing the issue of the engine stalling and was having the same issues before I installed any kind of modifications. I originally thought it was due to a bad sensor or the connection on the kickstand kill switch sensor just got dirty all the time. I ended up cutting the wires to the sensor and hardwired it together. I would have issues restarting it or would have issues starting the bike at all no matter how many times I switched from off to on with the ignition or switched the engine kill switch on or off and in order for it to start I would have to put down the kickstand and pull it back up. Which is why I decided to hard wire the system to just keep constant power flowing so it wouldn't think the kickstand came down or fell down during riding. It runs but still having issues with engine stall. I don't really know where to start with the issue as far as diagnosing it. I do not notice any sort of issues when I do ride it such as sluggish acceleration or just other behaviors in regards to the bike not operating mechanically ill. Any sort of suggestions and insight to find out what is causing this issue is welcome.

Isn't the bike still under warranty ?
Did a dealer ever look at the stalling issue before you did the modifications ?

Is the idle speed at the correct RPM ? I think you can change the idle speed somehow.
Hopefully someone else will chime in. It's been a while since I had a 1700 Vulcan.

Engine stalls easily.

Spark plug dirty, broken or gap maladjusted Inspect and replace (see chapter 2).
Ignition coil trouble Inspect (see chapter 16).
Accelerator position sensor trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Throttle position sensor trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
ETV actuator trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Inlet air pressure sensor trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Water temperature sensor trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Inlet air temperature sensor trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Fuel pump trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Fuel injector trouble Inspect (see chapter 3).
Fuel pressure too low or too high Inspect (see chapter 3).
Fuel pressure regulator trouble Inspect fuel pressure and replace fuel pump (see
chapter 3).
Fuel line clogged Inspect and repair (see chapter 3)

Take a look at section 2-17, 2-18, 2-19 and 2-20 of the service manual to adjust the idle speed.

Standard idle speed (engine warm) is 950 rpm plus or minus 50rpm.
