spotlights
I have had the 2007 1500 classic for almost a year and it’s been great. Last week the spotlights stopped working and I was wondering if there would be an inline fuse. The switch for them is on the bar for the right turn signal.

I think mine are wired into the headlight bucket. Mess of wires in there.

Wow!! Count me as a victim to website malfunction.....
As I was trying to say and post, check fuses! My 05 1600 Nomad had a lightbar on it when I bought the bike. A bulb was burned out. When I finally got motivation to replace it I discovered the bulb socket was corroded with rust. I cleaned it as best I could (it ought to be replaced...). Afterward, the first time using the lightbar, I noticed it stopped working. Darnit. Later on that evening I stopped for something and got off the bike with the engine running. I noticed my taillight was burned out too. When I fiddled with it the next day I determined the taillight fuse was fried. I figured the crusty rusty socket is the real culprit. I replaced the fuse but the next time I used the lightbar it stopped working once again. I traced the wiring into the headlight bucket. Like Brydgy said, what a mess. I honestly don't find enough value in the lightbar to mess with tracing down wiring for poor connections or replacing bulb sockets. I don't do much night riding.
