Kawasaki ECU differences

Before I phone Ivan does anyone know off hand if there are any major differences. between the ECU : Thanks in advance

2015 Voyageur ECU # 21175-0927

Just an FYI, 2023 Voyager uses the 21175-0927 ECU. Wondering myself about an older ECU because my new 23 runs like crap. Worse bike I've ever owned and dealer says it's ok.

No sense changing the ECU for an older one, it wont be any different.

The best improvement you can make for you bike is to have the ECU reprogrammed by Ivan's Performance Products. It gets rid of the poor "rideability" of the stock ECU.

The Moore Mafia flash is cheaper but gives less horsepower. It depends what you are looking for. Check Ivans graphs for performance figures.

ECUs are different and not interchangeable. from inception of the 1700 motor up to 2016 there were 3 different ones for the Vaquero, can not speak for the Voyager. Either Ivan or Ma Kaw told me. A few years in a row would have the same # but not all. I bought one off ebay back in 2017 for a spare in my 2016 Vaquero. Found out later/To late. Lucky I found Mike up there in Nova Scotia to buy it. saved him a bundle Since Im in the states. I shipped it to Ivan and they shipped it to Canada. This How I know.
