The Kuryakyn kit came with a relay that I needed to be used as not to overload the horn button.

Just catching up on this old post—great job with the Wolo install! I had similar fit issues with my setup and found that mounting it under the frame worked best for me too. I used a Bosshorn in a similar spot, and it’s been pretty reliable. Water exposure is definitely something to watch out for, so it’s worth checking the seal from time to time. It’s impressive how much a good horn can improve things; my old one just didn’t cut it.
