WTB sissy bar luggage

We are planning a trip next summer and I have found the good less expensive saddlebag liners on ebay but I am having trouble finding good touring bag for the back. I DO NOT want leather and ebay is flooded with the stuff. T-Bags are nice but is there anybody out there that makes as good for less money? Does anyone make a bigger bag than T-Bags? I once saw something about RiverRoad and Saddleman but does anyone have experience with them. I am looking for the big bag and a roll bag to put on top of it.
