That sure is a sharp looking 3-wheeler though.

Jay... you are being an ass!

Just shake Ann's hand if you see her, then you'll be okay!

Glenn and Ann... great job. I know from seeing how many are adding graphics to the Spyders how difficult the task can be -- which is exactly why mine is remains stock at this point.

Thanks all. She is very happy. We bought the Spyder used and there just aren't that many of the RT's on the market. When we saw a good deal, we had to go for it. She wasn't thrilled about getting stuck with black. It definitely doesn't have that problem any more.

Hope Ann is having a good experience with the Spyder. I had a throttle-body issue during our rally which was annoying (to say the least). I had to have it replaced when I got back. It now runs better than it ever has. The TB problem is a know issue; however the "fix" is also known.

Hopefully Ann hasn't had to deal with that, and never will as some haven't.

Glad to hear she enjoys riding it.

A friend of mine is one of those Jeep Wrangler people. He won't wave at a 4-door. We just encourage each other I suppose.
Some around here don't wave at me because I'm wearing a helmet. I just get tired of waving.
I recently bought a "Left" mannequin arm to mount at my side, so I'll be waving at everyone, all the time.

Actually, I bought both arms. (From a friendly internet arms dealer)
Here's what I did with the "Right", it's hanging on the wall in my home office. Seriously.

So far we've had very few problems. We bought it with about 7500 miles on it in December and it is up over 11K. We are taking it to get the oil changed with the new larger capacity filter (and cover) on Saturday so it will be set for our Canada rally trip. The new filter is supposed to extend the change interval to 4500 miles, so we won't have to get the oil changed while on the trip - yahoo! She will be ready for a valve check/adjust when we get back though.

It seems like they had the most TB problems on the 2011s and 2012s as far as I can tell. Most of the new SW updates aimed at fixing/improving throttle issues aren't available for the 2010. I'm guessing they had a few good ideas that didn't work out quite as well as planned.

She did have a limp lite come on during the SC rally - parked on a pretty good slope. Turned it off and back on, and life was good.
