Thanks 2x18wheeler, I was in St John in September on my way to and from Digby, did you get to the rally yourself?

Thanks Top Cat, yeah you're right about the phone but then if it wasn't for the drink the Irish would rule the world! I was riding through your beautiful State last August, wish I was there now as it's a cold wet winter's day here in Ireland, ah well at least the economy and the Euro are doing well!! NOT!

I don't know what it's called in Ireland. One of my favorites is Guinness and Bailey's in a tall glass (about 1/2 of each) with some room at the top. Just before you down it, drop in a full shot glass of Jameson glass and all. We call it an "Irish Car Bomb". You have to drink it all in one pass or it turns to jello.

Hi Nosivad, I take it you are from Scotland originally from your Piper! I guess you had enough of the rain now you are in France! I was in Scotland this Summer gone by with the wife and children and we did about 1,200 miles from we left home and crosssed to Stranraer and headed up to Glasgow, up to the highlands on to John O'Groats and back to Edinburgh then home. Was very impressed with the scenery, sure it was nearly as good as Ireland
