Mick, You mean E3134 intake and E3275 exhaust cams ? Etched in my data bank forever !
I had Morgo 750 barrels on the Rickman. That bike was nothing but trouble.
I was glad to get rid and buy a Honda 400F !

You got it right on the cam,s mate, Did you have your crankshaft balanced after fitting the Morgo ? i did, otherwise they would shake and vibrate themselve.s to destruction, that,s why Norton balance their,s and used the isolastic frame in the Commando. Edward Turner said that 650cc was the optimum capacity for parallel twin that ran both pistons side by side. And you are right about some Triumph,s being unreliable piece,s of shit, but that was mostly down to back yard spanner men who did,nt have a clue messing with them. I had several Triumph,s, a Norton Dominator, B.S.A Thunderbolt, Matchless G3L, Ariel red hunter, and apart from the occasional electrical fault, they were as robust and reliable as anything else at the time.

I also had a Dominator. I put a Thunderbird engine in it for a while.
Also had a T100A, Tiger 90, a stock Bonneville and a BSA 500 Shooting Star.
And a 71 Commando.
