What's more important? Being the most comfortable or being stylish? I never had luck with stock seats or Mustang. Considering the cost of the latter, it might be worth going custom. Then again if a rider just goes bar hopping, then it doesn't really matter, might as well be stylish.

you can have both comfort with style.it's called the ultimate seat and i did more then bar hop on mine.

I talked to Day Long a couple of weeks ago and they can do one for a Vaquero, they just didnt have any pictures of one they have done yet as the customer has to submit the pics to them. I am sending mine to them this winter. I like looks as much as anyone but a happy wife is a happy me.

I got the accessory Vaquero touring seat from Kawasaki, it was fine for an hour or so, the wife hated it. I was going to get a Mustang as I had one on my Valkyrie that was great. But instead I got an AirHawk cushion from JP. Much cheaper and I use it on big trips, it solved the comfort issue, the regular Kaw touring seat is fine the rest of the time and works well with the back rest, luggage rack.
