Dan is not my riding hero at all. I've had beginner students that I have more respect for. Somebody with little riding experience will try to copy Dan one day and it will turn into a tragedy.
and he is some kind of counselor??

Yep if you go to youtube and type the search 'Lane Change Cone Weave' you'll find it. He post there under the user name dantama35. ::)

Say what you want about Dan, but I do admire his riding skills. Some of his other views don't click with mine, but overall I like the guy. He screwed up when he got thrown off this forum...IMO.

Go Dan, Go!!
I've jumped a lot of bikes, but, never my Nomad; it's just not built for that, IMHO.
I have a Honda dirtbike for that kind of stuff; I value my Nomad too much to risk cracking the frame or something.
Still, Dan is a Hell of a rider, and, if it makes him happy, then , he should go for it!, Can't spend you life being scared of everything, or else, you really haven't lived!

Dan had a video of his scraping the floorboards on a skateboard track. It was a daylight video, anyone seen it? I am looking for it, I want to see that again.

Great Jump you got away with it This Time. It is one thing to live your life to the fullest but to go to the extreme and post it where someone else will see it and maybe try this stunt is just foolish. Disclaimer and all. I know it only takes a second of poor judgement and you or someone else will pay for it. DH

That's the one after dark, he also had one of him in the daylight. If you see that you'll be even more interested and amazed too. Thanks for the post. ;)

When I use to ride dirt bikes that kind of thing was fun but those bikes were close to 500lb lighter! Wish I had his skills, but I still would not do what he does even if I did (I must be getting too old).
