2016 SouthEastern Rally

Jlreeves is trying to get the accommodations squared away, as of yesterday the Hampton Inn is wanting at least 26 rooms to be blocked out for this.
And we've not got that many that have expressed interest in going.
As soon as we can get the number of people going to make it to the Rally we'll go with blocking out of the rooms.

Or, if you don't access to [ http://vulcanbagger.com/forums/ ]if you'll just post on this thread I'll do my best to keep up with the count.

I need a count of everyone that is planning on staying at The Hampton so we can reserve a 26 room block...

BTW this poll is only a 30day Poll as we need to get this info in ASAP because as Dixie and I were discussing yesterday that accommodations fill up quickly this time of the year.

Hey Goose (et all) have a couple questions re dates. I am going to ride out to the SW Regional in AZ, then come back to The SC Regional in MO. I was going to ride up to the NC in Wisc after that but those dates match with the ones here (sort of). Theirs is June 21-24 in Hillsborro Wisc. For the SE it shows June 20-24 which is 5 days. More days than most regional rallys. Is what you are saying that includes if you check in Monday afternoon the 20th cause the rally starts on Tues morn and check out Fri morn the 24th cause the rally ends Thurs eve? Or am I confused (which is often the case these days)? I will figure out a way to include this in my travel plans and it may involve skipping the Wisc rally (hate to do that as nice folks also) but just need a little better understanding of dates. Thanks for getting this going.

The plans for the Rally is Tuesday, Wednesday, &Thursday.
My understanding is that some may be coming to Helen Ga on Monday and leaving Friday?
And some, like me, will only be there a portion of the Rally because unfortunately I haven't said anything to my employer yet but I'm feeling sickly towards the end of said week.
Will you be staying with the rest at The Hampton Inn?

A room for my friend and his wife
and a room for Dick
So all together, it will be 3 rooms.

Georgia Alpine Rally

I like both names. However, I think that "Georgia Alpine Rally" would be more recognizable.
