Great Pictures and great write-up. Can't be there, so next best thing is to enjoy your trip via the blog. So far it sure looks like its been a great adventure. I'm thinking there will be a you tube on it later maybe ?

That was one heck of a storm. Now you know the true meaning of the saying, "Any port in a storm". For your run into town, it didn't look like you guys had to move the handlebars. Guess the road was pretty straight for you. Which was a great thing in a storm like that.

Yeah that was a heck of a storm. Had we continued on into Johnson City like planned we would have hit it head on with its quarter sized hail . . . Instead we diverted south to thread the needle and would up flipping a Gold Wing on the Dirt Road . . . It all worked out OK though . . .
