Mike,
Heal up well and do the rehab thing as directed. Those feet are important when you got to dance and / or straighten out some wrong thinking (LOL)....... good moves on your part I'm sure to avoid a worse out-come. Take care bud and we'll be praying for your speedy recovery and selection of a replacement ride.

Mike,

Glad to hear that you are doing well (well, as good as you could after taking on a deer). Heal well and start shopping for that new bike.

I really enjoyed meeting and talking with you at the rally Mike. You heal up and get back in the ranks with us.

For some reason, I can't get the Purple Pie Place out of my head. May have to fly up there for some Rhuebarb.

Mike, glad you made it home, just so sorry that your bike is toast. Damned Ohio deer. Sorry I wasn't there to help you out.

Thanks again y'all. I'm have an appointment tomorrow morning with an orthopedic surgeon so he can fix my foot where I can shift gears as soon as possible on my next Nomad. I've called my boss <<(Harley Owner) and he was understanding and wished me a speedy recovery. He's going to find out if there is some light duty work I can do at my request. Other than that I have a great short term disability policy. I'm just mentioning this because I wondered how mrfuni (Joe) was going to make it due to his incident. But Joe knows more 'bout money than I know 'bout loose women.

I'll tell you Trip, every spontaneous ride or idea like that was the best part of the rally to me! When the Purple Pie Palace was brought up I and a few others was already in the saddle with my helmet on, KSU, before you got it out of your mouth good!

Thanks for you well wishes and prayers. If anything changes, I'll post it. Other than that life is good, I don't have to work, but I'm still get paid, my wife gave me a shower last night and that was fantastic!

Mike,
I wasn't going to let 2 screws in my thumb stop me, even though I couldn't ride, it was nice to meet some of the members.

Heal fast...Joe
