Did all you guys follow gadget's instructions? Did you have to buy the extra wiring package they sell? Any details you care to share would be great!

Thanks!

I bought the wiring package. It worked very well. Didn't remove the gas tank, just fished the wire through with a coat hanger and secured it at both ends for the direct line to the battery to power the horn. Only took a minute or so to do that. Turned the original horn mounting bracket around was was able to use it for the mounting. Very easy installation. Worked flawlessly for 3 years/45,000 miles. I assume it is still working, but no longer own that bike.

Just ordered my Stebel with the plug-n-play wiring harness. Been meaning to order it, just never got around to it. First time I heard one, was leaving Lil Dago's in Natchez, Mitch turned his loose. I had to pull over, change ny pants, and clean my seat off. One loud horn !! Can't wait to get it on my bike.

No, I just wired my own. I already had the wire and the connectors, the horn comes with a relay, you're in business.

I too just used the stuff I keep around for wiring projects on the rods and such. If you don't have a stash of wire and ends handy get the kit.

It is an air intake...it just runs about a foot up there...draws clean air, stays dry, and doesn't suck debris off the road.

No tube came with mine. But, I have seen them and I am going to put one on. The tube adapter did come with the horn, just no tube.
