Fairings

More things to look for - I HAVE to have a bag on my windshield to hold my EZtag, glasses, etc, I've seen a couple of the fairings that there is no way you can mount such a bag(Dragonfly) - and the Harley compatible accessories are really nice to have - both points are something to look for when you are buying a fairing

Yeah Doc, I got a cobra light bar, BUT, I did have to make a bracket that moved it out 2", I have enough room to clean the fairing and the back of the spots.

Today I replaced that one windshield bag with one of those Harley 3 pouch windshield bags mad by J&M. I likes it lots more better.......... ;)

Fairings

Both Liz (Nomadliz) and I have Harley fairings. Mine is off of an FLH and hers is off of an FLHT. I got both of them damaged and repaired them. Our son painted them, I made the mounting brackets. Bought windshields off of ebay. We do not have the inner fairing piece in them to keep them as light a possible. I have a handle bar stereo system that I seldom use. Not counting the stereo system I have less than $600 in both fairings.
